OpenMeter
Application · Meters & sensors / Android · 2026
Fifteen meters built on sensors your phone already has: from a sound level meter to a seismograph.
A set of meters for Android – sound level, light, spirit level, protractor, metal detector, barometer, seismograph and more – with recording to CSV.
The app only shows the meters your phone has a sensor for. The sound level meter computes dB(A) and dB(Z), Leq, a spectrum and the dominant note; the light meter also gives EV and exposure time; the spirit level and protractor have calibration and a hold function.
Ride vibration rates comfort according to ISO 2631, the seismograph estimates the Mercalli scale and the barometer shows a three-hour trend and a day of history. Every measurement can be recorded to CSV with the REC button.
