One person, from analysis to launch.

I design and build custom websites and applications. I start with the problem and the way you work, then take care of the interface, the code, the launch and everything that comes after. Below are some of my projects – each one can be opened in the browser or downloaded.

Selected work from recent years.

  • Arcadia – Games and tools / web application. Forty games and thirty-five tools that run right in the browser – no installs, no ads, no accounts.
  • OpenPDF – PDF editor / Android & iOS. A reader that treats a PDF like a book and an editor whose changes Acrobat can open later. No account, no subscription and no uploading your file to someone else's server.
  • OpenTakeoff – Virtual pilot / Android. An Android app for virtual pilots (MSFS, X-Plane, VATSIM, IVAO). Weather, airport data, flight plans and a cockpit on your phone.
  • OpenShot – Pro camera app / Android. Camera, video camera and voice recorder in one Android app – with RAW/DNG, computational night mode, HDR fusion, a manual Pro mode and an audio studio.

How I can help

I don't sell ready-made packages. First we work out what you actually need, then I pick the right solution – sometimes that's a single website, sometimes software that makes everyday work in your company easier.

Websites
A website that looks like you and does what you expect it to. Company websites, portfolios, online shops and blogs. I take care of everything: layout, graphics, copy, making the site easy to find on Google, and putting it live. I don't use ready-made templates, so nothing limits the design.
Business software and content management
A tool shaped around the way you work – not the other way round. Browser-based systems for your business: orders and customers, documents, reports, staff accounts. For websites I also build a simple admin panel where you can change texts and photos yourself – no developer needed.
Desktop and mobile apps
Software installed right on the device. I build applications for Windows, Android and macOS – with an installer and automatic updates. Several of them can be downloaded for free from my portfolio.
Dashboards and reports
Numbers that show at a glance what's going on in your business. I pull data together from different places – spreadsheets, your online shop, accounting software – and turn it into clear charts and reports that update themselves. No more copying tables by hand.
Automation and AI
Less repetitive manual work. I set up software to handle the boring tasks on its own: sorting documents, answering common questions, drafting texts or moving data between systems. I only suggest AI where it genuinely saves time.
Networks, servers and smart homes
Home and office tech that simply works. I set up home servers and network storage, automatic backups, network-wide ad blocking, lighting and heating control, and secure access to your files from outside the house.

From the first conversation to ongoing care

  1. Conversation

You tell me what you need and how you work today. Together we decide what is really worth building.

  2. Plan

I prepare the design: what the solution should include, how it will work and look. Before I start building, you know exactly what you'll get.

  3. Build

I create a working version and show it to you as it grows, so you can test it on real examples.

  4. Launch

I put the finished solution online or install it on your side, secure it and show you how to use it.

  5. Care

I make sure everything keeps running, help when questions come up and add new features as your needs grow.

More about what I can do

  • Websites and business software – Websites, online shops and browser-based business software – built from scratch, with a simple admin panel where you can edit the content yourself.
  • Home network, server and smart home – A home server, backups, network-wide ad blocking and a smart home – set up once, and set up properly.

I don't start with a template. I start with the way you work

I'm a data analyst, designer and developer. I combine skills that larger projects usually spread across several people.

I lead each project myself – from the first conversation, through planning, design and programming, all the way to launch. I build websites, business software, admin panels for editing websites yourself, and desktop and mobile apps – always from scratch and tailored to specific needs.

Many of these things started from my own needs: I wanted to organise my travels, understand road traffic data or identify the stars in a photo of the night sky. That's why I know what software you use every day should feel like.

Photography is my other way of telling stories about places and people. After launch I can keep looking after your project, help you run it and keep developing it.

Before we start.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. It's enough to describe the problem or the idea. I'll help you sort out your needs and turn them into a concrete plan.

How long does it take?

A simple website or blog usually takes a few weeks. Larger software is built in stages. After our first conversation I'll give you a realistic timeline.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on what needs to be built. Before we start you get a description of the work, the timeline and the cost. If it makes sense to begin with a smaller version and expand it later, I'll tell you straight away.

Will I be able to edit the content myself?

Yes. If you need it, you'll get a simple admin panel where you can change texts, photos or prices without any programming knowledge.

Will it connect to the tools I already use?

Usually yes – for example payments, email, invoicing software or your customer database. Before I promise anything, I check that the integration will work reliably.

Can you improve a website or app I already have?

Yes. First I check what state it's in and tell you honestly whether it's better to keep developing it or to rebuild it.

Will I own the website?

Yes. Before we start we agree exactly what I hand over – code, passwords and access – so you're never dependent on me.

What happens after launch?

I can keep looking after the website or software, answer your questions and add new things. We agree the scope of support individually.

Do you work with clients outside Poland?

Yes. I work remotely and communicate in English. Calls, demos and project updates all happen online, so the distance doesn't matter.

Tell me what you need. I'll reply with specifics.

You can come with a finished idea or just a problem. We'll talk about the goal, the users and the way you work, and I'll suggest a direction – without squeezing your project into a ready-made package.
